We have an experienced team of Designers to handle all the aspects of designing and a team of Qualified Engineers and supervisors to handle the Execution. Our cumulative experience in this field is more than 80 years and this has helped us in understanding the client’s needs and delivering to their utmost satisfaction each and every time.

S. Ramkumar: Founder and Chief Mentor, with over 30 years experience in executing Corporate Interiors and Electrical works

S.Balasubramanian: Managing Director, with 20 years experience in handling Interior works for Offices and Residences

Rajesh Nair: Director, used to work as Regional Manager, Projects for an Multinational Interior Consultancy Firm overseeing the operations across Chennai, Kolkata, Bangalore , Cochin and Hyderabad . He was closely involved in design, tender preparation, tender analysis, vendor finalisation, project management and bills certification for various clients. With over 18 years of experience in the field of interiors and he has a varied exposure to all types of projects across all the major cities in India in handling Interior projects.

B.Manikandan: Director, Mr. Manikandan is an Interior Designer himself, had been working earlier for an MNC for about 6 years as Principal Consultant for rendering interior design solutions for Corporate and Multinationals that includes pre-tender analysis with clients, designing & development of interior spaces, tender preparation & contract scrutiny etc. He has got an overall experience of more than 15 years in the field of space planning, interior designing & turnkey executions of various projects including offices, restaurants, showrooms, clubs, resorts, workshops and residences.

G.Ganesh: Design Head and over 10 years experience

Vinod: Designer with 8 years experience

We have a team of supervisors for Civil, Interiors and Electrical Projects who have been with us right from inception.
